As a modern process flow line has been built up, the annual production capacity is expected to be 800-ton high quality silicon sol precision castings. The line of production: high-precision parts, stainless steel marine type hardware, stainless steel pipes, valves, stainless steel architectural hardware components, steam turbines, guide buckets of gas turbine, impellers, spare parts for power station, marine type screw propellers, thrusters, motor fan blades, automobiles and motorcycles,copper and copper alloy precision casting.
The company is located on the bank of Nine-Dragon Lake-a tourist resort in the northem suburb of Ningbo on the coast of East China Sea, where there're pleasant scenic attractions. It occupies an area of 16,665 sq. m. with a building floor of 8,000 sq. m. The company adopts domestically advanced silica sol shell-making technology, with all major equipment imported from Taiwan. The wax injection machine has a max mold-clamping force of 30 tons, which can produce large-sized precision castings. There's fast shell-making wind tunnel. When quick drying silica so is used, the drying rate between layers can be shortened to 2 hours. There're fast intermediate frequency furnaces, automatic record of temperature measurement at stokehold and computer network. Direct-reading spectrograph can make quick analysis at stokehold. And perfect finishing apparatuses are fitted. The company has also set up a mold-making center, which creates advantages for production <{#imeinline} class="e"> development.
